Types of data processed
The collection of personal data takes place:
- through the voluntary sending by users of e-mail messages addressed to the e-mail addresses published in the contact section or the filling in of the data collection form;
- other data, not associated with the identity of the users, are obtained by the applications dedicated to the operation of the website during navigation. These data are collected only to allow the correct operation of the website and do not allow, in any case, to obtain knowledge of the personal data of the user. The processing of the data related to the management of the website www.maldyitaliana.it is performed at the headquarters of Maldy Italiana s.r.l. and is handled by the personnel in charge of the processing.
The data are processed electronically and on paper, in compliance with the legislation on the protection of personal data. Appropriate security measures are taken to prevent loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorised access.

Rights of the data subject
The data subjects to whom the personal data refer, pursuant to art. 15-22 of EU Regulation 2016/679, have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of the same data held by the Data Controller, to know their content and origin, to verify their accuracy or request the completion, erasure, rectification, restriction if processed in violation of the law, and also to, in any case, object to their processing for legitimate reasons.
